Lower secondary students have been investigating different ideas in Mathematics: Year 9 have been studying Pythagoras, who incidentally lived nearby on the island of Samos; Year 8 have been learning how to construct shapes using a straight edge and compass; and Year 7 students have learning about geometry, drawing lines, angles, triangles, and polygons.
