MEF International School, Izmir: Our Year 2 students have been sharing the story ‘Clever Anansi and Boastful Bullfrog’ in their literacy lessons. This is a traditional Caribbean Tale and tells the story about how Anansi, the spider, devises an ingenious plan to silence the boastful bullfrog. The children rewrote the story, using their own words and acted out the main scenes in the story. They worked collaboratively throughout the activities.
