Students select a foreign language from French, Turkish or Spanish. Students who are beginners in English attend English support classes at this time. Modern language courses provide the foundations for learning a new language. The curriculum is based on level A1 to B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR).

As students in a single class vary in their knowledge and experience of a foreign language, classes are taught as multi-level classes with some students working at beginner level and others at higher levels to enable all students to develop their skills further.
