Our Secondary Teaching Staff devised and performed activities to one other on Tuesday in order to equip each other with the 21st century skills needed to be a successful teacher. These skills were directly related to the IB Approaches to Teaching, which provide our teachers with teaching guidelines that aim to encourage students to make connections and ultimately construct knowledge.
