Our School Counselor Ms Pelin and ECC Team Leader, Ms Vicky led a webinar for parents on Children and Sleep. Sleep is a vital part of life, especially so for children’s healthy development. But how much sleep should a child have? What about naps? When is a good bedtime? What are some things we can do to help our children get enough sleep each night? These were some of the questions that were explored with a group of engaged parents.
